TalentDesk@MAS is a trading division of MAS Recruitment Ltd. MAS was established in 1989, originally as a partnership and incorporated in 2000. In 1995 MAS moved to its present location in one of the oldest business districts in Central Reading. Our building in London Street, which dates back to 1790, is the operational centre for our two specialist divisions; MAS Industrial Recruitment and TalentDesk@MAS as well as our administration and accounting functions. The company has always operated with complete independence.

The Directors of MAS hold formal qualifications in Recruitment Practice and are fellows of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC). At MAS we insist that all our Consultants are trained and qualified in the recruitment industry and aim to have all staff fully compliant within two years of engagement.

MAS is also a corporate member of the REC and a founder member of RIB (the recruitment industry benchmarking iinitiative)
